  • 50-200 unit communities with space allocations for clubhouse and amenities
  • Product Types:
    Low Density, 1-5 units per acre
    Mid Density, 7-9 units per acre
    High Density, 10-12 units per acre
  • Ideal site sizes of ~10 to ~150 acres
  • Homes can be built on individually platted lots in Single Family Zoning OR all constructed on single PIN in Multifamily Zoning
