WHO CAN INVEST IN ULTEUM CAPITAL FUNDS?

MINIMUM INVESTMENT AND CAPITAL CALLS

Ulteum Capital requires a minimum investment of $[amount] to participate in the Fund. After your initial investment, you may be subject to additional capital calls throughout the investment term.
